These kits are rated at 200 watts per square metre and include a digital thermostat with room and floor temperature sensor. 200 Watts per square meter is recommended for use in a conservatory or bathroom where the floor will be tiles and the subfloor is concrete. They can be used on a wood subfloor if Marmox Insulation boards are used. Hot Floors Under floor heating kits are made to the latest European standards, manufactured in Germany in a BEAB and VDE approved factory. This kit is suitable for areas between 9.7 and 10.6 Square metres.
